At Inland Craft, we stand behind the quality of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
